The video files provide tutorials on the different methods of calculation which we use in school. They have been made by our pupils.  We hope you find them informative.

This useful summary provides you with an outline of expectations, per year group, for the new mathematics curriculum. It will give you a glance at the topics detailed on your child's rainbow target card.

This document explores the links between all the different types of maths topics your child will study during their time with us. We encourage our children to make links between their learning in order that they recognise these connections and learn how maths topics link together. You can support us by exploring these links at home too!

This newsletter contains guidance on how you can support your child with maths, including ideas and suggestions to help you learn together.

This newsletter summarises the expectations for each year group's mental maths skills. Please practise these skills with your child at home. If you would like any advice on how to go about this, please speak to your child's class teacher.

The attached guidance takes you through the methods your child will use to add, subtract, multiply and divide throughout Key Stage 2.
