Thank you Mrs Simmonds!

Today we celebrate with Mrs Simmonds and thank her deeply for her wonderful 20 years of service to our school. Mrs Simmonds is always there for everyone - children, staff and families. She is a very well loved member of our team and her kind, caring nature has always been a great model to our children. Thank you to the Penguins' class for presenting a wonderful class assembly this morning to honour Mrs Simmonds' commitment to our school and for singing to her in such a moving way. We have presented Mrs Simmonds with cards, flowers, a cake, a lantern, a necklace and picture of our school. Most of these items were hand-crafted by our talented staff. Thank you Mrs Simmonds for all the wonderful things you do for us!

 

Mrs Simmonds herself would like to say 'thank you' to everyone for acknowledging her special day. She is touched by the kind sentiments she has received.
