How do I pay for my child’s meals?

You can pay by cash or cheque.  Your child’s name and class should be marked clearly on the envelope. Cheques should be made payable to Whitehall Junior School.

How do I know when my child doesn’t have enough money in the school dinner account?

A letter will be sent home.

How often will I receive a statement?

Once a month.

How can I put more money in my child’s school dinner account?

Write to the finance officer.

What happens if my child orders a school dinner but there is no money in the account?

We would contact you and ask for payment or a packed lunch to be brought in.

How do I pay for my children’s dinners if I have one child in the infants and one in the juniors?

You would need to pay each school separately. Cheques to the infant school should be made payable to Whitehall Infant School. Cheques to the junior school should be made payable to Whitehall Junior School.

What happens if a child arrives in school late due to an appointment and wants a school dinner?

Please tell the child’s teacher the day before so that a meal can be ordered in the morning with the rest of the class.
