Bees

Welcome Bees!

Hello Bees,

You have all made such an excellent impression so far, what an amazing start to the Junior School! Mrs Bhogal and I were very impressed with the holiday homework and the best bits are on display for all to see. We hope you have enjoyed your start to Year 3. Keep up the good work!

You have already done an excellent job learning all the new routines. Remember to arrive at school on time so you are ready to learn. Please make sure that you bring everything you need for the day, including a named water bottle and a healthy snack. You will all have received your Pupil Planner; these will be used for you to write down any important dates and for you to record any messages from home. Make sure you record your daily reading in these as well. Our class will change reading books on a Wednesday every week.

We will have a busy first term with lots of exciting things planned for you. We will let you know more about these nearer the time. In the Autumn Term our topic will be called ‘Our World’ and will incorporate learning in many subjects. You will learn about the history of our school and local area. You may be surprised to find out how old our school actually is?

Our class motto, created by you: It’s Buzzing time, so let’s get busy!
